Dave joined the Remco BDM team in 2017. This dream team of food safety experts designated themselves as sworn protectors of the food supply. They are color-coding and tool selection experts who have dedicated themselves to food safety. Like all members of the team, Dave is HACCP Certified, SQF Practioner Qualified, and FDA/FSPCA PCQI Certified. Dave's journey into food safety started from a selfish place, as he is the father of four children. Prior to these four kids needing every minute of his day and every dollar out of his pocket, he was the drummer for the regionally famous punk band 'Hate the Drake'. Although they are not consecutive, he is a multiple-day winner of Couch Jeopardy. Later in life, Dave plans to continue his foray into food safety by opening a food truck where the level of hygiene will be second only to the deliciousness of the menu.
