Dylan received an AS in Greenhouse Production and BS in Horticulture from The Ohio State University. After school, he worked as a perennial grower for a few years before pursuing an interest in product development and research at The Scotts Company. He spent 4 years in Marysville, OH as a Senior Research Specialist, evaluating vegetable and flower varieties as well as conducting production trials. He began his journey with PanAmerican seed a year ago as Regional Account Manager for the Great Lakes and Northeast. In his current position, he’s been fortunate enough to meet and interact with a number of growers that he’s not only helped but learned from as well. Dylan is a true plant nerd in and outside of work, and especially gravitates towards unique perennials!
