Every grower knows that watering is the most important task in the greenhouse. Growers also know that it is one of the hardest things to master. What does your training program look like? Do you hand a new employee a hose and point to a bench of plants?  Or do you have a structured method to teach and train employees how to water?  Having an actual plan for training will not only ensure that your employees are successful but will also ensure consistency among employees which translates into crop success!  In this session, we will discuss what we mean by a training program for watering and how to execute it.
