Chris Swinson, co-owner of Mycophiles Garden Mushroom Farm in Grand Rapids and state licensed wild mushroom forager. In addition to cultivating and hunting for mushrooms, I regularly teach on the subject for garden clubs, schools, libraries, and other organizations. My partner and our staff grow around a dozen species of edible mushrooms, producing up to a few thousand pounds monthly, year round.
