Michelle is the co-founder and visionary behind Uncommon Ranch, a sustainably minded lavender farm and luxury rental experience. After 30 years in corporate life, where she shaped marketing and transformation strategies for Fortune 100 companies, Michelle shifted gears to pursue her passion for nature, sustainability, and community. Alongside her husband, she has cultivated a farm that delights the senses, showcasing the beauty of the land and a commitment to eco-friendly practices. As a champion for women entrepreneurs and U.S. military veterans, Michelle is also a co-founder of Project RELO, a nonprofit that bridges the civilian-military divide. With a deep commitment to lifelong learning, she looks forward to expanding her knowledge of sustainable farming while sharing this knowledge and the beauty of her farm with the local community.

Uncommon Ranch open its gate to the local community during June of 2024. They hosted several successful events during its inaugural season and are thrilled by the excitement and support from the local community.
