As the owner of Indigo Lavender Farms, Trish oversees day to day production on the farm as well as administrative and retail store operations. After serving as an United States Air Force Captain Trish became a corporate attorney before turning to farming. The brainchild of her husband, Greg Dennis, and funded by an investor, Midwest Commercial Construction, the farm has grown from 4,000 lavender plants in 2015 to 14,000 on 26 acres. The farm reached 50 acres in 2020. Trish loves to be on the farm working the garden and pruning the lavender during the summer months. She believes in naturally sustainable farming and works to use best practices for the lavender and honey bees.
