Kaitlin McHenry is the Agricultural Director of Lavender Hill Farm in Boyne City, Michigan.
Kaitlin graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Biosystems Engineering with the goal of using her knowledge and creativity to solve problems in human and environmental health. She has a passion for being outdoors both in work and free time. Working hands-on in the field has taught her so much about the biological processes of plants while navigating nature’s hurdles and unpredictability. Working at LHF has provided her the opportunity to work with and guide enthusiastic interns seeking to expand their agricultural skills and knowledge as well as educate the public on the process of successfully growing lavender on an Environmentally Verified farm.
