John H. Cox is the Executive Vice President of Pickle Packers International, the 130-year-old trade association of the international pickled vegetable industry. John is a lawyer and association executive with decades of experience supporting the food industry.
His subject-matter expertise includes food and beverage regulatory compliance, consumer protection, nonprofit governance, and litigation management.
John holds a J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law and a B.A. from Spring Hill College. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Alabama School of Law and is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and Georgia.
