Christine Charles is an MSU Extension educator who is passionate about helping Michigan farmers find practical solutions to real-world challenges. Christine is based at the W.K. Kellogg Biological Station, where several experiments that study the ecology and agronomy of row crops take place. She works collaboratively with farmers, crop advisers, conversation professionals, and researchers to improve soil health, build resilience to unpredictable weather, and support profitable crop production. Christine combines university research with on-farm experience to help farmers evaluate new practices, make informed management decisions, and troubleshoot conservation management.
