In this Mushroom Cultivation 101 course, taught by Great Lakes Mushroom Company’s Justin Sean, participants will learn to grow mushrooms four different ways. From spore to harvest, he will guide you through the entire process for multiple gourmet and medicinal species in an engaging and entertaining two hour workshop. Attendees will have access to FREE mushroom coffee and snacks for the entire event! All participants leave with the inoculation they make in the workshop, and an additional grow kit (Ready-To-Fruit) FREE! In short, a perfect example of an engaging workshop for farm markets.
